For a while now I have wanted to revisit my pin up /hot rod shoot as I liked the overall feel of the images there. Talking to a local model, who I had recently worked with on my Elf shoot I remarked that I thought she would suit a rockabilly style of shoot. She immediately leapt at the chance and so the plan was cast.
The concept was simple…find a field with hay bales….sadly we managed to time it for the week after hay baling and most fields were merely filled with the remnants of stubble and not quite the idea we had in mind!!
However me managed to find this field and decided it would almost meet the original concept and JasMINI really got into the vein of it. The advantage of rockabilly / pin up being that it is very exaggerated and we could just have a laugh trying to get the images we wanted for both of us.
